Our Story
Our story begins with the discussion of wanting two goats. That discussion turned into reality when we received a call from our daughter, telling us to get our goats. Not just two goats, but 2 pregnant goats that we were ill-prepared for. That was the moment we embarked on our learning journey, learning about the containment of livestock, feeding, sheltering, breeding, and kidding goats. Fast forward five years, and we are still learning, but in a much better routine.
Jen took the opportunity to begin making a variety of cheeses with the milk collected from our goats and started tower farming to provide chemical, fertilizer, and pesticide-free greens, herbs, and microgreens. We have learned that tower farming produces some of the healthiest, freshest-tasting, and longest-lasting greens without the use of fertilizers or pesticides.
